Universal Polypropylene Safety Butterfly Valve Lockout

Our universal valve lockouts are effective for all types of standard valves. Can also be used to lock out large levers, T-handles and hard-to-secure mechanical devices. New open-ended clamp fits over closed rings and wide handles.

Description:

a) Made from engineering plastic strengthened nylon PA and stainless steel.
b) It can be used for various of butterfly valves. And also be used to lock out large levers with accessories.
c) For use on handle widths up to 1.6" (max handle thickness of 1.1")
d) We can add various accessories to make the device suitable for a range of valves.

We have five types as follows:

UVL01: With 1 arm - For quarter-turn ball valves.
VUL02: With 2 arm - For 3, 4 or 5-way valves, or to lock valves in the "on", "off", or "throttled" position.
UVL03: With coated cable - Using cable attachment for gate valves.
UVL04: Base Clamp only - For butterfly valves.
UVL05: With 1 arm & coated cable - Universal valve lockout for most valves.
